"Tilghman Carroll You Are An IRONMAN!"

I did it...I really did it. Completed the full race 18 minutes under what I wanted...13 hours and 12 minutes. A long, long, long day...but I did it!

I will post a race report once I get pictures, etc.

    Joe and I followed you, Ben and Sarah all day Sunday. Your splits were awesome!! Goes to show you put the time in training and the race went very well for you. I told RB that it is a sign he did a great job coaching you also.
